These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors and registered members of Dysphagram. By using the platform, you accept these rules as the legal framework for your participation.

2. Services

Dysphagram is a community platform for exchange on dysphagia and therapy. We provide several services to our users:

• uploading and sharing of images, videos, and texts,
• commenting and engaging in discussions,
• basic functions free of charge, additional features may be subject to further terms.

We strive to keep the platform stable and secure, but we cannot guarantee continuous availability without errors.

3. Registration and Account

To actively participate you need an account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep your credentials safe.

4. User Obligations

In order to maintain a respectful community, the following must be observed:

• no illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content,
• no spam, unsolicited advertising, or bulk messages,
• no infringement of copyright, trademarks, or personality rights.

5. Content Rights

You remain the copyright holder of your content. By publishing on Dysphagram, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display and technically provide your content on the platform.

6. Enforcement

If rules are violated, we may remove content, issue warnings, or suspend accounts. This is to protect the community as a whole.

7. Liability

Use of the platform is at your own risk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

8. Privacy

9. Changes

We may amend these Terms if necessary. Material changes will be communicated in advance.

10. Governing Law

Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna, where legally permissible.
